Mr. W.A. (Billy) Attebury – President – A&S General Contactors Inc.
Location: Amarillo, TX
Mr. Attebury has been involved in production agriculture since 1978 as a former general partner in Texas Beef Producers, a former owner in Carrizo Creek Land & Cattle and current managing partner of Alpha Three Cattle Company.  He has been involved in the oil & gas business since 1983 personally and as Vice President of Bison Development Co.  He is also a partner and Vice President of Attebury Family Partnership and Reddworks in Austin . Mr. Attebury is a former Director of the Texas Cattle Feeders and National Cattlemens's Beef Association, former President of Cal Farley's Girls Town and current Director of Cal Farley's.  He is also former President of the Panhandle Historical Museum and Chairman of the Museum Committee of the Texas A&M Board of Regents.

Mr. Ken Burgess – President – Ken Burgess, Inc.
Location: Abilene, TX
Mr. Burgess currently serves on the board for the West Texas Rehabilitation Center and Chairman of the West Texas Rehabilitation Center Foundation Board.  He has been retired from many years as a banker in Lubbock, Olton, Littlefield, Muleshoe, Abilene, Stamford, Wellington, Sweetwater, and Dallas.   Mr. Burgess has also been President of the Development Corporation of Abilene.

Mr. James R. Campbell – Executive Director – Brownwood Economic Development Corporation
Location:  Brownwood, TX
Mr. Campbell serves as the Director of Economic Development Corporation.  Mr. Campbell served as the Assistant Director of Economic Development for the City of Abilene for three and a half years.  He also served as City Manager for Corsicana and Colorado City and Director of Public Works for the City of Big Spring .

Mr. Dale Gannaway – Director – Lubbock Regional Bioscience Initiative
Location:  Lubbock, TX
Mr. Gannaway is the Director of the Lubbock Regional BioScience Initiative, a division of Lubbock Economic Development Alliance.  He is also serving as Project Manager for the West Texas Coalition for Innovation and Commercialization.

Mr. Ward Greenwood – Investor – Republic Holdings
Location:  Austin, TX
Mr. Greenwood is currently the investing partner for Republic Holdings in Austin.  He was also one of two managing members of First Capitol Group.  He and a partner raised and successfully invested approximately $130 million.

Mr. Jerry Miller – Consultant
Location:  Canyon, TX
Mr. Miller currently is an investment consultant and economic forecaster.  He is a retired Professor of Finance and Business for West Texas A&M University. He is on the board of several community organizations including the Texas Guarantee Loan Corporation, Amarillo Area Foundation, and the West Texas A&M University Foundation.  He also serves on the board for Randall County Restoration, Jack B. Kelly Incorporated, Plum Creek Specialty Hospital, and Panhandle Plains Management Servicing Center.

Mr. George Richardson – President – Security State Bank
Location:  Littlefield, TX
Mr. Richardson is President of Security State Bank in Littlefield, Texas.   He has served on numerous boards and clubs including the Texas Department of Economics Governing Board from August 1998 until it was transferred to the Governor's Office.

Mr. Woodrow Rutledge, Jr. – Tom Rutledge, Inc. Consulting and Investments
Location:  Big Spring, TX
Mr. Rutledge is President and CEO of Tom Rutledge, Inc. Consulting and Investments in Big Spring. He has held positions at Fiberglass Technologies, Fiberflex Products, and KOCH Fiberglass Products.  Mr. Rutledge has also been a member of the Texas Junior College Teachers Association and Big Spring Rotary Club.  Mr. Rutledge serves on the Board of Directors for the Big Spring Area Chamber of Commerce and Small Tools, Inc.

Mr. Clark Self
Location:  Lubbock, TX
Mr. Self served as the Executive Director for the Slaton Economic Development Corporation.  He is the Director of the Slaton Chamber of Commerce, Slaton Railroad Heritage Association and Slaton Industrial Foundation.

Mr. Michael Waters – Senior Consultant – Hendrick Health System
Location:  Abilene, TX
Mr. Waters is currently the Senior Consultant for Hendrick Health System.  Mr. Waters has served on many hospital associations throughout the U.S.   He has also been a member of the Greater Abilene Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis Club, First Financial Bank of Abilene and many others.

Mr. Rocye Bodiford - Odessa City Council Dist. 3 - City of Odessa System
Location:  Odessa, TX
Mr. Bodiford currently serves on the District 3 City Council Member and Mayor Pro Temp for Odessa. He was the general manager for KOCV-TV/FM, the local Odessa Broadcast Station, until August 2003. Mr. Bodiford is also involved with the Odessa Rotary Club, United Way, and the Odessa American Community Board. He has served as President of the Amarillo Chamber of Commerce, President of the Amarillo Independent School District Board and President of the National Association of Farm Broadcasters. Mr. Bodiford's numerous awards include the Panhandle Broadcaster's Hall of Fame, the National Agriculture Broadcaster of the Year, and Man of the Year from the Texas County Extensions Agents Association.

Mr. Jim Cummings – President - Wells Fargo
Location: Lubbock, TX
Mr. Cummings currently serves as Community Bank President for Wells Fargo in Lubbock and was President of Wells Fargo Bank in San Angelo from 1994 to 2003. Mr. Cummings is also a current board member of the Texas Tech University Foundation, Louis H. Underwood Center for the Arts, Lubbock Chamber of Commerce and the Lubbock United Way.

Mr. Tom McMinn –President – McMinn Furniture, Inc.
Location: Odessa, TX
Mr. McMinn has been President of McMinn Furniture, Inc. since 1980. He currently serves as president of the Odessa Development Corporation Board of Directors, the State National Bank of Odessa Board of Directors, the Southwest Home Furnishings Association Regional Director and the Odessa College Wrangler Club Board of Directors. Mr. McMinn is also a past member of the Odessa Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Dr. Lawrence F. Buxton - Medical Director - Midland Memorial Rehabilitation Hospital
Location: Midland, TX
Dr. Buxton has served as the Medical Director for the Midland Memorial Rehabilitation Hospital since 2000. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Midland Chamber of Commerce, Select Specialty Hospital, and Premier Family Care (501A for Midland Memorial). Dr. Lawrence also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Midland Memorial Hospital. Along with his various board positions, Dr. Lawrence has been a Clinical Associate Professor of Internal Medicine (Neurology) at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center since 1993.

Mr. W. Allen Pruitt - Market President of Midland branches- American State Bank
Location: Midland, TX
Mr. Pruitt currently serves as Market President for American State Bank Midland.  He has been associated with ASB since 1998 and has held his current position since 2002 when ASB first entered that market.  Pruitt is a member of the Midland Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors having held various leadership roles including Chairman of the Board, Treasurer, and Retention Expansion Committee Member.  Mr. Pruitt is a 2003 graduate of MCOC Leadership Midland program.  Pruitt also serves on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Midland and the Downtown Midland Redevelopment Committee.
